From Proof-of-Concept to Production
You've proven it works.
We'll prove it scales.
Sim Rhino picks up after your working prototype and turns it into a manufacturable, repeatable, supply-secure product — DFM, pre-production prototypes, and bridge-to-volume manufacturing under one engineering team.

What are you trying to accomplish?
Pick the path that matches where you are — we'll handle the rest.
Make it manufacturable
You have a working design. We’ll make it production-ready.
DFM review, engineering simulation, CAD refinement, prototyping in production materials — so what passes validation passes at 10,000 units.

PCBs, enclosures, and mechanical parts — fabricated and assembled under one roof.
1–30 layer boards (flex, HDI, rigid-flex), turnkey SMT assembly with sourced components, plus sheet metal, injection molding, and die casting.

We don’t ship parts. We ship products your customer opens.
Box build, cable harness, EOL testing, IC programming, custom packaging, and drop-ship fulfillment — finished units, globally delivered.
Plan a production runHow We Work
Three steps from your design to a real production-grade quote.
01
Send your design
CAD, BOM, Gerbers — whatever you have. NDA on request.
02
DFM-checked quote
We come back with a price, lead time, and the manufacturability changes we'd recommend.
03
Pilot to production
Build a small pilot on production tooling, then ramp with the same suppliers and process.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What stage should my product be at before working with Sim Rhino?
- You should have a working proof-of-concept or prototype. We pick up after the idea is validated — our strength is making it manufacturable, not building the first proof-of-concept.
- What files do I need to send to get a quote?
- CAD files, Gerbers, BOM, drawings — whatever you have. We can work with STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Altium, KiCad, or Eagle. NDA available on request.
- How long does it take to get a quote?
- Typically 2–3 business days. Every quote includes DFM feedback — not just a price, but what to change and why.
- What volumes do you support?
- From 10-unit prototype runs through 100,000+ production volumes. We optimize pricing for your target volume and show you the cost roadmap as you scale.
- Do you handle both electronics and mechanical parts?
- Yes. PCB fabrication and assembly, CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, die casting, and final box-build assembly — all under one engineering team.
- What's included in a DFM review?
- Process-specific manufacturability feedback, cost-driver identification, tolerance and feature feasibility checks, and material recommendations. Every quote comes with DFM — it's not an add-on.
