- No. You pay supplier cost — we share quotes openly. Our revenue comes from the flat service fee only.
- What does the service fee cover?
- Supplier sourcing and vetting, pre-shipment QC inspection, consolidated freight, customs documentation, a dedicated project manager, DOA replacement coordination, and timeline management.
- How is custom manufacturing quoted?
- Send your CAD, Gerbers, or drawings. We return per-unit pricing, tooling cost (broken out separately), lead time, and DFM feedback — typically within 2–3 business days. Free, no obligation.
- What's the minimum order?
- No hard minimum. We work with orders as small as a single prototype and as large as 100,000+ unit production runs.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
- Yes. Manufacturing quotes include volume price breaks shown upfront, so you can see how per-unit cost drops as quantity increases.
