PCB Fabrication & Assembly
Bare boards through fully assembled PCBAs — under one engineering team. 1 to 30 layers, flex through rigid-flex, turnkey or consignment assembly, with DFM/DFA review on every order.
What We Do
Whether you need quick-turn prototype boards, complex HDI rigid-flex for production, or turnkey SMT assembly with sourced components, our PCB capability covers fabrication and assembly end-to-end. One supplier relationship, one DFM review, one shipment.

Standard & Multilayer PCBs
Quick-turn prototypes through complex multilayer production boards. From simple two-layer prototypes to dense 30-layer designs.
- 1- to 30-layer boards
- FR-4, high-TG, and thick-copper substrates
- Copper weights from 0.5 oz to 6 oz
- Controlled impedance designs

Flex & Rigid-Flex
Flexible and rigid-flex circuits for products where space, weight, or moving parts demand more than a rigid board.
- Single- and double-sided flex circuits
- Multilayer rigid-flex constructions
- Polyimide and high-temperature substrates
- Stiffener and coverlay options

HDI & High-Layer-Count
High-density interconnect boards with microvias, blind/buried vias, and fine pitch features for compact, high-speed designs.
- HDI with stacked and staggered microvias
- Blind and buried via constructions
- Fine line and space (down to 3/3 mil)
- High-layer-count boards up to 30+ layers

Specialty Substrates & Finishes
Material and surface-finish choices for thermal management, RF performance, harsh environments, and fine-pitch assembly.
- Aluminum and metal-core PCBs (LED, power)
- High-frequency / RF laminates
- ENIG, HASL, OSP, Immersion Silver, Hard Gold
- High-TG and thick-copper for harsh use

SMT & Through-Hole Assembly
Surface-mount and through-hole assembly under one roof. Choose turnkey (we source the parts) or consignment (you supply them) — we handle the rest.
- Turnkey assembly with full component sourcing
- Consignment assembly when you supply parts
- Mixed-technology boards (SMT + THT)
- Lead-free and leaded process options
- Built to IPC-A-610 Class 2 (Class 3 on request)

Wave Soldering
Cost-effective high-volume soldering for through-hole and mixed-tech boards. Consistent joints and faster cycle times than hand soldering.
- Selective and full wave soldering
- Lead-free compatible
- Mixed SMT / THT board support
- High-volume production capability

BGA & QFN Assembly
Fine-pitch ball grid array and quad-flat-no-lead component placement with X-ray inspection to verify hidden joints under the package.
- Fine-pitch BGA placement (down to 0.4 mm)
- QFN and leadless package assembly
- X-ray inspection of hidden joints
- Rework and reballing services

Component Sourcing
Don't waste time chasing parts. Our network of 100+ vetted vendors covers active, passive, and hard-to-find components.
- 100+ vetted component vendors
- Active, passive, and electromechanical parts
- Hard-to-find and obsolete part sourcing
- Counterfeit-mitigation procedures
- BOM cost optimization with alternatives
Quality You Can Ship
Every PCB order — fabrication or assembly — goes through a free DFM/DFA review before manufacturing starts. Boards ship against IPC-A-600 (fab) and IPC-A-610 Class 2 (assembly), with Class 3 available on request.
- Free DFM / DFA review on every order
- 100% electrical test on fab (flying probe or fixture)
- 100% AOI on SMT assemblies
- X-ray inspection for BGA / QFN joints
- IPC-A-600 (fab) + IPC-A-610 Class 2 (assembly)
- Counterfeit-mitigation sourcing procedures
- Material certs and lot traceability on request

Frequently Asked Questions
- What's your typical lead time for PCB fabrication?
- Standard boards: 5–7 business days. Quick-turn prototypes: 24–72 hours for simple 2-layer boards. Complex HDI or rigid-flex may take 10–15 days. Lead times confirmed at quoting.
- Do you do turnkey or consignment assembly?
- Both. Turnkey means we source all components from our vetted vendor network. Consignment means you ship us the parts and we assemble. Mixed (partial turnkey) also supported.
- What's the minimum order for PCB assembly?
- No hard minimum. We assemble prototype batches as small as 5 boards up through production runs of 10,000+.
- What file formats do you accept?
- Gerber (RS-274X), ODB++, or Altium/KiCad project files for fabrication. BOM in Excel/CSV and CPL (component placement list) for assembly.
- Do you inspect BGA and QFN joints?
- Yes. All BGA and QFN assemblies go through X-ray inspection to verify hidden solder joints under the package.
